When children or their family members become sick, our partners support them in seeking timely medical care so that illnesses do not become life-threatening.
Children Might Foundation helps families obtain community-based medical insurance, enabling them to access treatment at local health centres and hospitals.
In Rwanda, everyone is required to have a health insurance card and pay 10% of treatment costs. Many families cannot afford this, causing children to miss school due to untreated but preventable illnesses.

Affordable Care. Healthier Futures.
Our mission is to ensure that children and their families can access basic healthcare services when they need them. Through affordable medical insurance—costing as little as £5 per year—CMF helps families receive treatment, medication, and follow-up care. Healthy children attend school regularly and have a better chance to succeed.
