The Buy a Goat project supports vulnerable Rwandan families by providing them with a goat to improve their livelihoods. A single goat can provide milk, meat, and manure, helping families meet their basic needs.
Goats play a key role in boosting household income. Families can breed and sell goats at the market, while manure is used as fertilizer to improve crop production and food security.
As income increases, families are better able to afford healthcare, school fees, uniforms, and learning materials for their children, creating long-term positive impact within the community.

Helping Families Become Self-Reliant
Children Might Foundation provides goats to vulnerable families as a sustainable way to generate income and improve nutrition. The goats provide milk and meat for consumption, manure for farming, and offspring that can be sold at local markets. This project empowers families to improve their economic stability, access healthcare, and support their children’s education while strengthening community resilience.
