Tubarere Nursery and Primary School, founded in January 2017 by Children Might Foundation, began with 30 pupils aged 3 to 6. Students attend from 8:30am to 12pm, starting the day with a nutritious breakfast of porridge and sweet bread before learning activities.
Early childhood education lays the foundation for a child’s future. Each year, the school expands to meet the growing needs of the Muhazi Sector community in Rwamagana District. Our qualified and passionate staff ensure every child progresses academically and personally.
With support from generous donors, the school now has five classrooms, a kitchen, dining area, office, and toilet block. Expansion continues as we grow into a full primary school to serve more children.

Helping Children Learn, Grow, and Thrive
CMF ensures every child at Tubarere Nursery and Primary School has access to essential learning resources, including uniforms, shoes, and school materials. We monitor progress both at school and at home, and our homework club runs on weekends and holidays, supporting children in English, Mathematics, and other subjects while encouraging play, creativity, and personal development. Through our holistic approach, children gain academic skills, confidence, and opportunities for a brighter future.
